This program is recommended for those employees who will be training coworkers (new or existing) on equipment or processes within the workplace. The course is also beneficial for Management, Supervisors, Safety Representatives and members of the JHSC who may be considering using “in house trainers” as “on the job trainers.” The training session discusses how adults learn, the principles of adult learning as well as useful tools that a trainer can use when doing training “on the job”.
