This course is designed for employees who work in the surface mining industry. You will learn what protective equipment you are required to wear, the different types of PPE, how to properly maintain it and what the Employer is required to provide.
Emergency procedures, waste disposal, Lock Out /Tag Out as well as operating hand and power tools. All Legislation pertaining to Surface miner operations is included in the training.
